The series of workshops aiming to develop body awareness through the physical abilities of the body in the movement.
Using the prism of floorwork and soft acrobatics Vasko wants to guide you through the fun and challenging aspects of the movement.
The class builds in a dialogue with a group and has physical level variety.
And it could include locomotions and single moves, partnering and strength exercises, connections and variations.
All of that will help to improve understanding of quality, coordination and micro parts inside of the movement.
