It‘s an open level workshop with the minimum requirements: possibility to shift the weight to hands; know how to do a cartwheel, forward roll, backward roll and shoulder roll 🌼

The culture of physicality explored through dynamic mechanics, coordination, and movement research. The practice investigates how physical abilities can expand body awareness, connecting inner perception with external movement pathways and opening new possibilities for presence, efficiency, and expression.
