Performative Martial Arts - Course {Open Level}

Class description:

Combining the fundamentals of modern shaolin kungfu with elements of contemporaray dance and acrobatics we will work on expressing the human on body through movement, searching for a flow between softness and explosiveness.
We will focus on building strength and flexibility as well as coordination of our whole body.
Emphasis will lie on dynamics and flow in transitioning between positions.
Also we will establish a meditative routine through chinese qi gong and tai chi. The class aims to establish a space where participants can progress individually and support each other in their progress.
