Into Moves invites you to explore the vibrant world of contemporary dance, combining the fluidity of floorwork, the creativity of soft acrobatics, and the joy of playful coordination exercises. Through interactive games and movement explorations, Ati fosters a welcoming and enjoyable environment where learning feels natural and fun. Humor plays a key role in the process—because when we laugh and enjoy ourselves, the experience becomes even more meaningful.
Whether you’re new to dance or have a little experience, this course is designed to meet you where you are. Ati takes time to guide participants in discovering and deeply understanding the language of movement.
