Inspired by the art of Calligraphy we will explore using our limbs to draw abstract but interconnected forms and shapes. We will then apply these ideas to a set of basic acrobatic moves and principles which will lead us to a short choreography.
This workshop is based on Lawrence´s Fluid Acrobatics teaching concept which emphasized cultivating a notion of sustainability and mindfulness to approach acrobatic movement.
