Into Moves is all about diving into contemporary dance with a mix of floorwork, soft acrobatics, and playful and fun coordination exercises.
Atila values setting up a safe space for practicing together and believes that adding humor makes the practice more enjoyable. Because, let’s be real, having fun while practicing makes all the difference!
