Class description: This class starts with a warm up followed by a training routine compiled to enhance our mobility, agility, strength and coordination. We will then work on some Basic Soft Acrobatics or Floorwork skills. Through working with improvisational tasks and through the exploration of movement qualities such as Fluidity and Softness, this course aims to playfully enhance your overall movement intelligence and to inspire you to find your own sustainable and wholesome movement practice.
